This is session six of six for the series titled "Blending Your Way to Personalized Learning"NOTE: While we recommend that you attend all sessions of the workshop series to meet the learning objectives, each workshop can be attended as a standalone. Workshop Description: To implement and sustain blended learning over time takes intentional planning and shifts in the classroom culture and environment. In this session, you will examine ways to transform the learning environment to support blended learning. Dr. Jayme Linton will share tips for establishing procedures and routines to support the shift in ownership of the learning from teacher to students. Join us to learn how to create a classroom culture and environment that supports blended learning. Learning Objectives: Design a plan for implementation and sustainability of blended learning. Special Technology Instructions: Participants will need access to an internet device and a non-school, personal Google account. SimpleK12s Google Classroom will be utilized for the interactive and hands-on components of this workshop. Assessment: Participants will plan for implementation of strategies to build a classroom culture and environment that supports blended learning to demonstrate their understanding of the workshop objective and reflect on their learning.
